Weekly Menu Plan: Grain Free
We are still grain free, but I am re-introducing lentils into our diet this week. We’ll see how everyone handles them. I am also going to try to get on top of making some sort of fermented vegetable every week so that I don’t run out. Perhaps this will spur me on to finally brew my own kombucha.
It’s Monday and I am already quite behind in keeping up in the kitchen this week. I have been falling into a bit of a breakfast rut lately, but am hoping to break out of it soon.
You’ll probably be able to tell that I got a good deal on sweet potatoes this week for my carb eaters.

Hi,
I just discovered your site recently and really like it. I too am going grain free and was just curious what prompted you to go grain free. Hope you don’t mind me asking:) Your menu looks great! I am not doing to good at menus lately.
Kombucha is easy and you will enjoy doing it, the only issue I have is what to do with a new mushroom every time I brew a batch, after a while I was throwing some away:(!
we’ve had sweet potatoes the last three nights too! I personally love them.
