Giveaway Week, Day 2
This is day two of giveaway week and I am excited again about today’s prize. I am very passionate about making sure that we take control of our health by being well informed. This same principle should then apply to depression, right?
It does, according to today’s giveaway prize Rebuild From Depression – A Nutrient Guide.
This book is for anyone who has ever battled depression and wondered why. It is for any woman who has ever or will ever have a baby. It is for anyone concerned with how their diet is effecting both their physical and mental health.
Click on over to the giveaways page to read more about the book and find out how you can win a copy for yourself.

Sounds like this book would explain a lot about why I feel the way I do while nursing my 3rd baby in 5 years. And possibly help restore my mother with severe bipolar back to health.
I’ve never heard of this book, but I do believe that how we eat affects our moods. Great giveaway!

I would love to read this…
Rah’ Jenny, Prozac and its evil cousins, Alanzopan, Zyprexa
with a Class Action Lawsuit of 300,000 litagants against Eli-lilly
average weight gain of 66 lbs. and the wonder-full bonus of
possible onset of diabetes. If anyone thought they were depressed before taking these pharma concoctions.
My thoughts are that a majority of depressions are
Spiritual injury in a personal emotional way, bruised
emotions, suppressed hope’s, displacement from the work-
force (maternity) which can leave an empty feeling of
worldly imposed fulfillment vs maternal motherhood.
The most beautiful time a mother can have with her
creation of love, time too impact a new soul with care &
concern, interacting is the most full-filling opportunity
of motherhood.
i’m a nursing mom, and this sounds great.
