Weekly Menu Plan
On the heels of last week’s food journal I thought I’d share another menu plan. Thankfully my husband has gotten his calcium levels back up so he is going to give some soaked grains and legumes a try this week.
Sunday
- breakfast: eggs, yogurt
- dinner: Roasted Chicken and Vegetables, Salad with homemade dressing
- prep: make chicken stock
Monday
- breakfast: eggs, yogurt
- dinner: Roasted Marrow Bones, Cabbage, Salad with homemade dressing
- prep:soak oats in morning, soak nuts, strain chicken stock
Tuesday
- breakfast: soaked oats, yogurt

dinner: Sprouted Lentil + Beef Chili with raw cheese, homemade sour cream, avocado, onions, salad w/ homemade dressing, simple roasted asparagus
- prep: make more salad dressing, dehydrate nuts
Wednesday
- breakfast: grain-free pancakes
- dinner: Leftover chili over baked potatoes (I will be gone), cortido
- prep: soak oats in morning, pick up milk + eggs from farm, thaw beef
Thursday
- breakfast: soaked oats
- dinner: Baked wild fish, baked potatoes, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, salad w/ homemade dressing
- prep: bake biscuits, prep soup 4 crock pot
Friday
- breakfast: eggs
- dinner: Beef Stew with Rosemary, salad w/ homemade dressing, Dessert

Question: you just eat the marrow right out of the bones like you’d eat chicken wings or something?
Mallory – Well, kind of. This is the first time we had it and I just scraped it out and served on bread for the bread eaters and just a small spoonful with sea salt for me.
