GIVEAWAY: Bio-Kult Probiotic from GAPS Diet
Comments have been closed and a winner announced.
Just recently I shared with you what I learned during a talk given on digestion and elimination. You can find the first three parts of that series here:
- Digestion and Elimination: Diagnosing the Health of Your Gut
- Digestion and Elimination: Understanding the Importance of Gut Flora
- Digestion and Elimination: How To Fix Your Gut
FYI: There is a part four: Q&A coming soon now that our home is starting to recover from an illness.
In the last two parts of that series I put a huge emphasis on repopulating the gut with good bacteria. Fermented foods are hugely important, but a good quality probiotic can also be extremely helpful.
So today I bring you a high-quality probiotic giveaway sponsored by the GAPS Diet Store.
Bio-Kult, an advanced broad spectrum probiotic, was developed by a team of doctors, nutritionists, and scientists. Bio-Kult contains 14 strains of beneficial bacteria including Bacillus subtilis, a catalase-positive bacterium commonly found in soil. This bacteria is able to tolerate extreme environmental conditions.
This week we are giving away a 120 ct bottle of Bio-Kult probiotic, a $41.95 value.

There are four entries possible!
This contest will close at midnight this Friday, April 30th. I will announce the winner and let you in on a little discount code for the GAPS Diet Store on Saturday.
Please note that GAPS Diet Store is a sponsor of Nourishing Days, and as such I am compensated for this giveaway. That being said, I only giveaway products that I trust and believe in.

Evening Primrose Oil for dry skin
The Biokult actually contains corn derivatives that are almost guaranteed to be made from GMO corn. Many GAPsters use a custom blend containing the same strains from Customprobiotics.com since it contains no GMO corn, dairy or any other additives. The small amount of corn derivatives in the Biokult may not seem like a big deal, but can have a major impact for anyone with digestive issues.
I like another copy of The Gut and Psychology Syndrome to replace the copy I gave to a friend but I’d also like to read The Gaps Guide. Hmmm. It’s hard to decide!
Oh, and I’m already a subscriber.
I’d like to try the Saccharomyces.
