Learn To Cook Real Foods Easily and Affordably
This past week I shared 10 tips for sustainable eating. It was no accident that the very first tip was to learn to cook real foods – it is the most important. It is hard to create nourishing meals out of raw, homegrown ingredients without a basic knowledge of how to unlock all of their nutrients.
Jenny of Nourished Kitchen has just launched an ecourse called How To Cook Real Food. This course is designed to teach you to take simple, frugal ingredients and create nutrient dense meals.
The enrollment runs through May 31st and classes start June 1st. In twelve classes, this ecourse can encourage and educate you to do what took me years to learn on my own.

For that reason you can download the print materials and watch the videos at your leisure when it makes sense for you, plus all of the classwork is fully accessible after the class ends for as long as you need it, so even if you’re behind, you STILL have an opportunity to catch up.
Cost and How to Register:
This 12-week, multi-media cooking class is available for four payments of $35 each OR you can save $20 with a one-time payment of $120.
That’s just $10 per class!
You’ll receive a hands-on, fully-supported multimedia approach to guide you through your very own real food kitchen revolution.

which whole grains? gluten-free?
I don’t believe so… 🙁
But, there seems to be a lot of other awesome information for primal, paleo people.
