So many people today are finding that they are intolerant to wheat or dairy. Our family has found that avoiding wheat or consuming it only in sourdough form has alleviated a few health issues. I have also discovered that while I can tolerate raw and cultured dairy, any type of cooked dairy does not make me feel well.
