Giveaway: Green Pasture’s Cinnamon Tingle Fermented Cod Liver Oil
I believe in real food because it is what God intended us to eat. I believe that nutrient-density matters and that a lot of illness is self-imposed when we consume foods that come from an industrial food system.
I also believe that if you are going to take a supplement it should be made of real food and it should not be taken to "undo" that bowl of fruity cereal you ate for breakfast.
And that is why our family takes fermented cod liver oil. In addition to paying attention to what goes into our body with every meal, getting a boost from vitamins A & D-rich cod liver oil truly does seem to make a difference.
Thankfully, there are companies like Green Pasture’s who make old-fashioned cod liver oil with a process that leaves the natural ratio of vitamin A to vitamin D intact. And taking it regularly, in addition to homemade real foods, gives you an extra boost. This is something our great grandparents knew when they forced our grandparents to take that dreaded spoonful of oily fishy flavor.
Today Green Pastures is giving away one bottle of Cinnamon Tingle Fermented Cod Liver Oil that helps that oil go down just a bit smoother.

i think the cinnamon tingle would be best for our family!
I have been taking the cinnamon tingle and will probably stick with that.
I subscribe to your emails.
also, i already subscribed to your blog … recently … and am SO glad that i did!! =)
I’ve never heard of FERMENTED cod liver oil. I take a big spoonful of cod liver oil every morning as part of my healing from a chronic digestive disorder. Now fermented cod liver oil sounds like 2 treatments in one (which, when you’re taking a handful of supplements with every meal, being able to combine a couple is a very good thing!).
I would probably choose the unflavored variety, since I hold my nose when I take my cod liver oil. But the cinnamon flavor does sound intriguing.
Thanks for the giveaway! I’d love to give this one a try. 🙂
I would definitely like to try the Cinnamon Tingle, but the Oslo Orange sounds really interesting too. Thanks!

Clicked on the link. We’ve taken the orange non-gel caps before, and I like those a lot. If we switched to liquid, I think the flavor we’d most like would be mint.

I would really like to try the cinnamon, but we will see if my kids like it! I think I would prefer the gel caps.
I subscribe to your feed too.
While I can’t say that we “like” it, we have a bottle of Arctic Mint right now, and it’s not too bad! I think Cinnamon Tingle sounds a lot more appealing – thanks for the opportunity to possibly try it for free!

I’ve heard good things about the mint tingle flavor from my local Weston Price chapter, so I would like to try that.
Oh, and I subscribe via email.
We’ve taken the Blue Ice Royal Butter Oil/Fermented Cod Liver Oil blend before, but as far as just the cod liver oil by itself, I think the Cinnamon Tingle sounds rather delightful!
I am a firm believer in taking Fermented Cod Liver Oil daily, but it is quite expensive so we go without from time to time when we run out and can’t afford to buy more. I would LOVE to win some for my family!
I have been a subscriber to your newsletter via email for a while now and eagerly look forward to each new post.
Orange sounds great, what ever flavor is strongest

I think I’d like the “arctic mint” or “cinnamon tingle” equally — I use an orange fish oil right now because it was the cheapest but I’m not a huge fan of citrus. =P
I’ve been subscribed by RSS for a while now.
I use the Oslo orange and like it. I would like to try the cinnamon tingle

I think the Artic Mint would be good.
p.s. love your new cookbook! thanks!
Cinnamon Tingle sounds best for us.
And, I subscribe to your feed.
I would probably like to try the unflavored oil as we add our supplements to our breakfast smoothies.
clicked on the link. My family likes the cinnamon tingle flavor!
I’m subscribed my RSS already 🙂
I think our family would like the mint flavor. We love mint in our household. I do think the cinnamon would be fine though as well.
I already subscribe to Nourishing Days via google reader! I love it!
cinnamon tingle for me, or capsules…I’ve been subscribed by email and RSS for a while now.
I’d like to try the flavor free.
I’m a subscriber.
The orange would be best.
I would definitely be interested in any of them just for the benefits but if I am buying I would choose orange or flavor free (although I am interested in what cinnamon would taste like). I have wanted to buy some for a couple of years to try it and add it to my family’s diet; I wish there was some way to make it a little more economical.
I would think cinnamon would be my family’s flavor, but maybe orange.
I am already subscribed.
Orange sounds good. (well, as good as FCLO could be.:))
