  1. How serendipitous! I was just going to head out to the co-op to get a kombucha mushroom to start my first batch and have been reading up on fermenting all day. Wanted to check my blog roll one last time and up pops “How to Ferment Just About Anything!” Definitely going to have to sign up for one or two of these – all of them if I can fit it in budget!

  2. Ooooh! I’ve only been successful with yogurt and kombucha so far, but haven’t had much luck with veggies and other things. I will definitely check this out!
