  3. I’ve got little jars of this and that brewin’ away all over the kitchen. It would be fun to extend what I’ve learned on my own through this course. I’ve also got the kids doing some ferments — we’ve incorporated that into our homeschooling under “health.”

  11. How fantastic! I have recently been reading how wonderful cultured foods are and have been wanting to jump in, however I feel so unprepared! I just found out that I have a yeast allergy and was to,d that raw homemade cultures and fermented foods help treat yeast conditions, so I guess now is the best time to dive in! I would love to learn all I can from someone who really knows the ins and outs… !

  12. Wow, what a giveaway! I’d love to win this ecourse. Myself and 3 of my children have Celiac Disease and while we are GF, we need some “gut healing” and from what I’ve read eating fermented food is the way to go.
